Youthline, Cheltenham, £20,000 annual funding cut Trained volunteers, aged 17 to 24, give free telephone advice to teens and young adults. Volunteer Ian Boucker, said: "They (the council) say they want to prevent crime and they want the estates to be a better place, but they cut the funding. It is despicable and they need to reconsider what they are doing."
